Our Story
Founded with a vision to learn, educate, discuss different wireless technologies. From Cellular Wireless to Wi-Fi, Lora, HaLow and you name it we are looking to test, show, discuss and share stories about. Mark and I have been friends for a while and met for the first time when we were invited to Mobility Field Day 8. It all began from there, with lots of conversations, discussions, and chats around Private Cellular, Wi-Fi, Tools, etc. Mark has always helped answer questions around Private cellular and other connectivity-related questions. We figured it would be great to take our conversations and technical testing/knowledge and try to share it with everyone; hence, Towers Edge was born. We both got an invite to Mobility Field Day 11, since it all started from there we figured it would be best to introduce Towers Edge.

About Me:
- Worked in restaurants and hospitality my whole life and moved into the tech industry across restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, and education verticals.
- Installed my first enterprise Wi-Fi network in 2006.
- Installed the first iPad Restaurant POS in Utah in May 2010.
- Lived in Utah most of my life, other than two years learning Spanish in Puebla, Mexico.
- Interested in all things Wireless. Currently building networks running Wi-Fi, Private LTE/5G, LoraWAN, and WiFi HaLow.
Hobbies:
- Often found exploring Utah’s mountain through either hiking or jeeping
- Loves a good day at the lake or the beach
- Piloting a large Private Cellular Network covering the homework gap and other education use cases, using CBRS and EBS spectrum. From selecting a LTE Core and exploring 5G Cores, to testing RAN radios, to SIMs and now eSIMs, to our own PLMN, to testing the clients, and distances.

- Moved around initially but settled in TN in 2010
- Spent about 8 years in TN and then moved to GA
